What did they have in common?

I am doing some digging into the 50+ people that were fired a couple of weeks ago. So far, what I can tell is that most of them had one thing in common. They were mostly signed onto the original contract in which they were compensated $11 per hour.

The most recent wave of employees are paid at $9.50 per hour. It’s looks like they are replacing the workers who were here originally making $11 with new ones for $9.50. (Company profits are up 75% for the last year and a half) I wonder why??

I am going to be investigating these claims further. If this can be established, that is going to be a big problem. A legal and a moral one.
